We current ship within Canada and the United States. 

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.

Orders within Canada are eligible for free shipping over $75 CAD. This is automatically calculated at checkout.

Orders shipped to the United States are not eligible for free shipping promotions at this time.

Import Duties & Taxes

Due to U.S. customs and import regulations, orders shipped from Canada to the United States may be subject to applicable import duties and taxes. Applicable duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times within Canada typically range from 2-7 business days, depending on your location.

Estimated delivery times within the United States typically range from 3-10 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at checkout.

Good Ones is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@goodones.store.

Please include your order number and any relevant photos so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.
